Newcomers may register in the parish by picking up a registration form in the vestibule of the church or downloading it here. Complete and return via the collection basket or mail to the office. Welcome!Welcome to Twelve Apostles Parish!Twelve Apostles Parish is the newest parish in the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. It was founded April 4, 2008, created out of the eastern half of the historic parish of Holy Trinity in Weston.
Our church was completed and dedicated in May 2013! Join us at 17900 Humphrey's Rd. in Platte City. You can find out more about this project here.
The administrative office for both parishes is located at Holy Trinity Church, 407 Cherry St., Weston, MO 64098. -
